Receiving Specialist - Compensation: Starting $10/hr in Fargo, Georgia

This position is primarily responsible for managing our physical inventory of goods. This includes checking in merchandise as it is shipped to us, physically counting the merchandise and entering the information into our computer database. Once checked in, the merchandise must be stocked accordingly in the warehouse. Stock levels will be maintained by scheduled checks to verify inventory levels of all items. This position would also be responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and would work with the receiving/building maintenance manager(s) to ensure safety and efficiency of the warehouse.
Areas of Responsibility (roles):
? Counting incoming inventory
? Operating our computer inventory database
? Stocking inventory
? Moving inventory when necessary (Operating pallet jack and heavy lifting)
? Performing inventory (hand) counts
? Maintain warehouse (organization, cleanliness, safety, etc)
? Communication of needs with management
